I ordered one to try but I should of ordered a box. I’m a fan of AJ Fernandez blends. A comparable blend is the Diesel Esteli Puro. My other favorite of AJ’s is Bellas Artes. As for El Pulpo I got a bit of a nicotine bite on this one and I normally have 1 toro and 1 robusto a day. The chocolate, leather, and pepper really come through. I paired it with a small glass of Jack Daniels Barrel Proof, 130 proof roughly. Absolutely knocked my socks off on Friday evening after work. The aroma is rich and the retro is enjoyable. Perfect burn, I didn’t have to touch it up a single time. I nubbed it and it just got better the whole burn. I’ll definitely be looking to grab some more soon.
