Construction issues. I ordered two of the Torpedoes, flavor was on point, but, both had wonky burns. Had to really fight them all the way down. They both rested in my humidor for a couple weeks. It was frustrating because the flavor notes were everything a Maduro lover wants, toasted dark rye bread, roasted coffee, roasted almonds and good creamy smoke texture. Good enough that I’m going to try two more in the Toro and two in Churchill. I really hope those burn well because this could be a great daily. It’s definitely a step up in flavor from the Factory Smokes Maduro, on par with the Flor De Oliva Maduro and the Perdomo Fresco and Bolivar Oscuro. But I’ve never even had a Factory Smokes with this bad a burn.
