TRS Whole Chillies (Extra Hot) are extremely pungent chillies! When Birdseye Chillies are added to hot oil and fried, they turn dark in colour, giving the dish a lovely and sharp flavour. Crushed Birdseye Chillies can be used as a garnish for pizza topping. Red Chillies are used in a lot of Indian dishes as a seasoning. They have high amounts of vitamin C and Potassium. These whole dried chillies are small and extra hot so use them carefully! An essential ingredient in a wide range of dishes can be used as a substitute.
