TRS Panch Puren (Mixture of Exotic Spices) is a mix of five spices that are cumin, fennel seeds, onion seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds. It is almost used in all types of recipes. Unlike most blends, Panchpuren is neither roasted nor ground. It is prominently used in Bengali and Bihari dishes and also added to pickles.
